So yes, have a target to shoot at. Know exactly what you’re going to use your new found conversational powers for… But the best path to succeeding at completing your objective is to get your sense of validation from your life as a whole and not from the small monetary wins or losses.

Know your outcome, focus on it, but let go of obtaining it and just be okay with whatever happens.
